intune Community Guidelines
At intune, we believe music is meant to connect people, not isolate them in algorithm-driven loops. This platform is about meaningful, human-centered discovery, where the songs, albums, and playlists shared reflect individual perspectives, not machine-curated preferences. To ensure intune remains a thoughtful, authentic space for sharing and exploring music, we’ve outlined a few key guidelines.
These principles are here to preserve the integrity of our community, ensuring that every interaction—whether it’s a post, comment, or recommendation—is rooted in respect and creativity.
1. Keep it Respectful
Every user on intune is bringing their unique perspective and musical taste. Respect that individuality.
There’s no room here for hate speech, harassment, or any form of discrimination. Personal attacks or negative commentary about someone’s music preferences aren’t welcome. Treat every post and interaction with respect..
2. Share With Purpose
The music you share on intune should mean something to you. Whether it’s a song that shaped your day, something you just discovered, or an album that’s stayed with you for years, focus on sharing content that adds to the larger conversation about music.
Avoid cluttering the platform with irrelevant or overly promotional content. This isn’t a place for ads or self-promotion—it’s a space for authentic contributions.
3. Use The Queue Thoughtfully
The Queue feature is designed for collaboration, giving people the chance to share their recommendations and expand on others’ posts.
Suggest only songs that you feel align with the tone or theme of the original post.
4. Authenticity Over Automation
intune is about human-centered music discovery. That means no bots, fake accounts, or automated tools. Engage with the platform authentically. Be yourself, because your perspective on music is what makes this community meaningful.
5. Credit Where It’s Due
Creativity deserves recognition. If you’re inspired by someone’s post or playlist, give them credit. Avoid duplicating or plagiarizing content—originality is key to allowing this to be a collaborative, engaging space.
6. Respect Privacy
Behind every post is a person. Do not share personal information—yours or others’. Impersonation, misleading profiles, or other dishonest behaviors are not permitted, and subject to removal. Be transparent and represent yourself honestly.
7. Report Issues When Necessary
If you come across content or behavior that violates these guidelines, use intune’s reporting tools to bring it to our attention. Our team will review all reports and take action where needed, from issuing warnings to suspending accounts. Hate speech, harassment, or any harmful behavior will result in immediate removal from the platform.
8. Evolve With Us
intune will continue to grow and change. We’ll refine these guidelines as the platform develops to ensure the experience remains meaningful. Any updates to the guidelines will be shared with the community.
9. Make it About the Music
At its core, intune is about music—what it means to you, how it connects us, and the stories it tells. It’s not about trends, algorithms, or popularity contests. It’s about sharing the songs, albums, and playlists that matter and discovering music in a way that feels personal and lasting.
Share intentionally. Respect others. Contribute meaningfully. Together, we can make intune a space where music discovery is more than just an app.
